Processing and production

In-stock, ready-to-ship items normally ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom-made items, including made-to-order 3D-printed parts, require a minimum production lead time of 5–7 business days before shipment. Some products and options take longer; the applicable estimate will be shown on the product page or provided with your quote. This minimum is not a guaranteed dispatch date.

Shipping and delivery

Processing and production times do not include carrier transit. Shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you of the delay and explain your options to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We will obtain your consent where required.

Questions about your shipment

For shipping questions, address corrections, missing shipments, or transit damage, email drew@havoccaraudio.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
