Requesting a return
You may request a return of unused, uninstalled items within 30 days after delivery. Email drew@havoccaraudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us for return instructions before mailing your items.
You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Havoc Audio covers necessary shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
After receiving your return, we will inspect it and contact you about the outcome and refund. Please package returned items securely.
