Havoc Audio operates this storefront. This policy explains how information is used when you browse, shop, or contact us.
Information used to provide our services
When you shop, your selected products, options, and quantities are sent to Shopify to retrieve prices and availability, maintain your cart, and provide checkout. The website stores a cart identifier in your browser so it can retrieve your cart when you return.
During checkout, Shopify and payment providers process information needed for your purchase, including contact information, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and payment information. Havoc Audio uses order information to fulfill purchases, provide support, handle returns and warranty claims, and maintain business records.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond and help with your inquiry. Our Contact link opens your email application; it does not submit an on-site form. Please do not email payment-card details or passwords.
Website service providers also receive connection information, such as an IP address and browser information, when your browser requests their services.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites hosts the storefront. Shopify provides catalog, cart, checkout, account, and order services. Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services and, where enabled, website delivery and security. The website also requests typography from Google Fonts.
Hosting, payment, shipping, and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes, as explained in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
Shopify Enhanced Services
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify uses information from interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide Enhanced Services, such as personalization and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may process it in other countries. Some advertising uses may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable US state privacy laws.
Visit Privacy choices or email drew@havoccaraudio.com to request an opt-out. Shopify explains its processing in its Consumer Privacy Policy; its privacy portal provides additional controls.
Cookies, browser storage, and your choices
The storefront uses browser storage for its cart and Shopify tools to manage cookie preferences. Visit Privacy choices to review optional preferences or opt out of data sale or sharing for this browser. The page confirms saved choices or tells you when a choice could not be saved.
Your choices are browser-specific. Clearing browser data or using another browser may require you to set them again. Clearing the saved cart reference does not delete an existing order or other records held by Havoc Audio or its providers.
When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the storefront treats it as a sale/sharing opt-out in the consent information it sends with Shopify cart requests. It also preserves that opt-out when you save preferences.
You can use Shopify’s privacy portal for choices concerning Shopify’s own processing. That portal does not replace contacting Havoc Audio about Havoc Audio’s records.
Retention
Retention depends on why information is needed, including fulfilling orders, supporting products, handling returns and disputes, and meeting applicable business and legal recordkeeping requirements. Our service providers’ retention practices also apply to information they process.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. Email drew@havoccaraudio.com to make a request or raise a concern. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority.
If you wish to appeal a decision about your request, contact us at the same address. We will handle requests and appeals as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
